For all the animal lovers, these volunteering opportunities are for you. It is for all ages and it includes mainly just loving the pets and giving them all the attention and care they deserve.
BERKELEY ANIMAL SHELTER
ABOUT
Volunteers can either work with cats or dogs and tasks include walking the dogs, playing games with the pets, or just socializing with them.

REQUIREMENTS
-Volunteers must complete a 3-5 hour training session and after that, they are asked to commit to a minimum of 1 hour per week for 6 weeks
-To attend orientation, fill out a volunteer application
MILO FOUNDATION
ABOUT
Milo point richmond needs volunteers to help greet new people and assist with adoptions, help with animal care tasks, dog walking, assist in the office and answering phones, and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
-Attend orientation on the second and last Thursdays of the month at 5 p.m.
